While Miami is still an awesome place to live and work, lots of people are left scratching their heads, wondering where all the really good jobs have gone.

Good jobs are the kind of jobs you aspire to and get paid enough money for in order to "have a life".

Does anybody know where all those "good jobs" have gone?

Keys to the creative process

Have any of you heard about The Secret?

It seems to be everywhere, in book, in audiobooks and even in the form of a movie.

Some people want to hold on to the secret and never let anyone else know about it because it works so well but here's the part I felt was the most important of all and it has to do with the creative process, the process by which you create your own universe.

Here's how it works, in three (3) easy steps:

Ask;

Answer;

Receive.

Isn't that easy? Anybody can do it.

First, you ask for something and you don't even need to say it with words because your very thoughts are connected with the universe.

Second, you'll see that the universe will start to rearrange itself to answer you so you need to understand that "answer" you'll have attracted.

Thirdly, you need to receive which means bringing yourself in alignment with what you want and asked for. When you do that, you feel wonderful.

You've been conditioned to think you're limited but that's a lie.

Break free from the "mass media" conditioning and listen to your inner voice.

You'll see good things happen to you if that's what you attract, within your very own creative process.

MiamiJob.com is easy to use, engaging, efficient and free.

Social networking helps millions of people connect.

Why not put that networking power at work to bring employers and workers closer than ever?

That's the basic idea behind MiamiJob.com.

While some people may be unfamiliar with social networking, the concept is pretty simple...

you have complete control over your content;

you can update your information as often as necessary;

you're free to choose which "friends" to connect with;

you can use the internal messaging system; and

new features are added all the time.

As a registered member, you'll be able to...

publish blog articles (which can be a job offer or a mini-resume, depending on wether you're an employer or a worker);

connect with new "friends" featuring interesting profiles;

join groups which are relevant to you; and

post very short message on "the wire".

This is social networking at its best!

By keeping this community focused on work-related matters, we can all enjoy a place where true professional development and success is finally within everyones' reach.

Please, help keep this online community clean, professional and enjoyable.

Use this community wisely and invest the time necessary to make a very good impression. Don't overdo it but keep your messages focused, interesting and above all, useful.

Spam will provide you with some instant visibility for a short while but it'll also get you banned from MiamiJob.com, forever. Nice people, doing things the right way, never get banner and go on benefiting from this niched social network, for as long as they wish.

MiamiJob.com is all about creativity, good will, common sense and technology applied to real-world, work-related challenges.
